Cookery in Marrakech

There are a number of riads that offer informal classes for Moroccan cookery where you are welcome to join the cook while she's preparing an evening meal and perhaps to join a shopping expedition to the souks to buy the ingredients.

There are also a number of cooking workshops, often associated with leading restaurants, where the amateur or the professional can learn from the best Moroccan Chefs.
