• Your knowledge, advice, organisation and efficiency, so that everything went to plan from air flights, taxi transfers, tour guides and of course, beautiful riads.

Just a note to say we were delighted with our Moroccan trip. The itinerary was perfect for us, giving an adequate period of time in each place. The hotels were quite different from each other but all were very good.
The trip we did to Dades Valley was spectacular.
I would like to pick out our guide in Taroudant who was particularly good.
The surprise about Morocco was how safe it felt, and in contrast to a number of countries we have visited, we never felt harassed by vendors.

We're at the end of our holiday in Morocco and I guess some feedback is appreciated.

We didn't quite see everything on the itinerary in Taroudant but that was no big deal, we still had a good time and the itinerary was changed because of the weather. The driver tried his best with English - but a nice guy nonetheless who did a good job.

I must single out our guide & driver in Fez. He was a wonderful guide and an incredibly nice guy who took time to explain so much in Fez. It was a real bonus to have him and I would recommend him to anyone as he has such a good knowledge of the city and other parts we went to. He's also very sociable and one feels immediately at ease with him and he's always good for a laugh and a joke.

Our driver was equally great - he was always waiting for us before the designated time and proved to be great fun to be with.

We're well travelled in the world and the organisation and the guides and drivers can only be highly recommended. I hope that you and everyone concerned will continue with the excellent service and organising you provided.

The excursion to the Ourigane Valley was great fun. Omar is a terrific guide. He informed us about so many aspects of Moroccan life.

The meal afterwards was lovely and very reasonable. We had to dodge the sellers, but once you embrace that part of the culture, it's fun.

Domaine Malika was idyllic. We loved it there. So peaceful. The accommodation was lovely and comfortable and the pool area was beautiful and calm and relaxing. The staff were very friendly.

Riad Del Mimouna was a beautiful hotel. Reception staff went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were lovely and the location perfect.

All in all, we had a great week and would be happy to book through your company again. Everything flowed smoothly, even the temperature was perfect.

A lovely refurb with clean, comfortable rooms, good food and very friendly and helpful staff (would recommend) and the Kasbah Tamadot was exceptional as expected. Unfortunately, our cookery course was cancelled due to Eid so we had a relaxing day on Friday instead which was fine.

We were glad Imlil was at the start, a real insight into Moroccan life and a stark contrast to the wealthy north and Riad Norma in Fes. (The steps down from the road are a bit scary, lucky we’re all pretty fit!).

Our driver for four days was lovely, we called to see his Mum. Please tell his boss how good he is and how much we enjoyed having him show us his beautiful country. It definitely helped we speak some French.

The desert trip was wonderful. The drive from Mezouga up to Fes was fascinating, we stopped several times and liked Ifrane especially. Hassane was a fascinating guide and he met us in Meknes too.

I just wanted to write and let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday in Morocco and thank you for your advice on the itinerary. Everything went really well and we thoroughly enjoyed both our stay in Ouirgane and Marrakech.
The trek we did in Ouirgane was well led by Mustafa. The staff at both the hotel and Riad were very helpful and courteous and the rooms were very comfortable. The taxi driver was very good and when he couldn’t contact the Riad he organised a baggagiste for us and made sure we had the right money to pay him.
We had some lovely meals at places recommended by the Riad and enjoyed the spa facilities at a local spa organised by the staff.
We will, as always, recommend Naturally Morocco to all our friends.

Everything went like clockwork, thanks to your impeccable planning and the efficiency and kindness of the local staff.

I absolutely fell for Fez! I thought that Riad Lune et Soliel was wonderful. It was ideally located, my room was extremely comfortable with wonderful traditional decoration and the staff outstanding in their eagerness to make sure my every need was catered for! The “free” meal I had on my arrival was delicious, as was the second meal I ordered whilst there. I would like to convey my thanks to all the staff.

Another highlight was the tour. I am not a great fan of guided tours but, as you said, it was a good idea to be introduced to the medina and its associated wonders by such an experienced, knowledgeable and delightful guide. He was brilliant!

Meknes was great. I think two nights were plenty as there is much less to see, especially on a Friday in Ramadan. I liked the Riad Safir; it was certainly very comfortable and well placed. The staff were again very hospitable. If I had to make any comments about possible improvements I would say that some bottled water and a glass in the bedroom would have been a nice touch.

Finally, all the travel arrangements worked perfectly. The taxi driver (I had the same for both journeys) was extremely good and I loved the train journey - I would certainly opt for a train again.

So thank you very much. I am constantly singing the praises of Naturally Morocco and you!

I was going to write to you today to say a huge thank you for organising our trip - it was so lovely dealing with you and we had a fabulous time.

We LOVED Dar Zemora - everything about it was fabulous. Our bedroom was stunning, the staff were lovely, the pool and gardens were stunning, the hammam/massage deeply relaxing - couldn’t fault it. Will go back!!

Kasbah Bab Ourika wonderful too - we really enjoyed our walks with Zakaria organised by the hotel - one 3 hr walk in the hills above the hotel and one 7hr hike which was spectacular. Our bedroom was nice, lovely pool area (expect this would be overcrowded at busy times of the year) and gardens, good hammam, menu a bit limited at lunch and dinner was excellent & breakfast and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant area.

Thanks again….. will definitely go back to Morocco, would like to go to Fez one day, and back to Dar Zemora for a short break/treat!

The trek was a highlight of the holiday for us. The guide, cook and mule were all fantastic. The hiking was incredible and the guide matched the route well to our ability. The food was unbelievable considering it was all cooked outside from what the mule was carrying. The guide was really informative, always happy to answer our questions and we learnt a lot about Berber life in the mountain villages, especially with all the impacts of the earthquake. It was quite humbling to see how people were having to live for such a long time after the disaster happened.
Overall we had a fantastic time and felt like it was a proper adventure with quite a few experiences we were not expecting. Thank you for arranging a fun and full itinerary so we got to see lots of what Morocco offers.

We had a fantastic three nights in Imlil. We were picked up promptly by a lovely driver who helpfully stopped off at a supermarket for us. He drove safely and delivered us on time. The guest house was run by lovely people and we particularly enjoyed the eating area with a wood burning stove. The food was great! The rooms were basic but comfortable. There was a good blow heater which kept us warm though. We had two amazing walks with a perfect guide who looked after us and explained what we were doing each day. We were blown away by the standard of food up high in the Atlas Mountains. We were picked up efficiently on Saturday and delivered to the airport on time. Thank you for organising.

We loved every minute and all your arrangements worked perfectly. We were looked after so well everywhere and the trek (which I was rather nervous about) was the highlight. Our guide was Mohammed who proved to be so responsible and considerate and great company. We had a lot of laughs as he tried to teach me Berber as I toiled uphill in the heat. He made sure we had plenty of rest stops and he gave me a helping hand quite a few times when I wasn’t sure of my footing. The lunch stops were idyllic and Ahmed was a fantastic cook, extremely nice man and very kind to the mule who we called Betty! The guest houses all had running water and even hot water on 2 nights though as you know it is all pretty basic! We were fully prepared for that though. It was a huge help that our cases were kept safe in the office in Imlil so we only had to take our trekking stuff. I’ve already recommended you and especially the trek to several people!

Our daughters loved the experiences in each of the places we stayed, embracing every aspect of the accommodation, especially the pools.

The Ecolodge was such a peaceful retreat for our first few days. We were extremely well looked after by all of the staff. Despite arriving at nearly 9pm they prepared a delicious meal for us and made sure the fire was roaring away (it was very cold that night). We loved the extra touches such as the slippers as the floors, being tiled, were very cold so they were much appreciated. The grounds were beautiful and allowed us to relax wherever we wanted to after our daily walks in the local area.

We were thoroughly spoilt the whole time by all the staff. There were lovely touches such as welcoming mint tea and cake and a bowl full of fresh oranges. Mohammed, the manager, really did go the extra mile helping us with any queries we had. He sorted taxis, camel rides and restaurant bookings for us. We were also able to delay our return transfer to Marrakesh by a few hours which Mohammed sorted without hesitation, contacting the taxi company and the riad in Marrakesh so it all ran smoothly. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t as good as hoped but we learnt from Mohammed they were having the first rain for three years although it didn’t prevent us from doing the things we wanted to. He was very apologetic about the weather though!!

Riad Star was again a beautiful place to stay. It was in such a great location, near to the souks and museums but also down a little alleyway which was a dead end so was very peaceful at night. Again, all the staff were helpful.

All the transfers were on time and worked seamlessly allowing us to be where we needed to be every time. We were especially impressed by the second company, Time Tours, who provided a very spacious vehicle from the coast to Marrakesh and also a very calm, steady journey.

Thank you so much for organising such an amazing trip for us. It really has been fabulous from start to finish. We appreciated all your help in arranging all the aspects of the trip we wanted to fit in. We have so many special memories and our daughters can’t wait for a return trip!

The experience was beyond our expectations:

- First, it was super smooth and easy to book, with Karen being super knowledgeable and patient with the changes we requested.
- We found the itinerary to be the most unique amongst the options we checked – that is what led us to you (along with a reasonable price tag). We loved the fact that the itinerary touched interiors or lesser-known parts like Berber villages and enabled us to see a beautiful and authentic part of the country and its culture.
- The choice of places to stay in Marrakech was amazing, with first rate properties. The stays in the villages were as promised (and sometimes slightly better). We were made fully aware/prepared of the standards but the places were clean, cosy, and comfortable, even if basic.
- We were a bit worried about finding food in the Ramadan period but Karen assured there would be no issues – and there were NO issues. We were provided more food than we could usually eat before time (never late)! We were catered to even before our guide/hosts broke their fasts. Super kind!
- All arrangements were 100% smooth – we did not have to follow up for ANYTHING even once! All transport and stay arrangements were on auto-pilot. Very impressive!
- People on the ground were genuinely super kind and caring – on the 3-day trek, one of us had a painful knee and our guide lent one of his walking sticks for days! They were always open to customisations and requests
- You sent us detailed guidance on preparations, dos and don’ts, how much to tip, etc. – which was extremely helpful.

Overall, we feel lucky for having found you and we will 100% plan to go with you to Morocco.

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL time, all your arrangements worked like clockwork - every transfer, taxi, baggagiste all happened as they should and without any problems. All the accommodation was superb, each a little different and very lovely. All our hosts looked after us so well, I enjoyed the variety of foods presented to us. Our driver Nourdeen, was not only good - he was excellent. So informative and nothing was too much trouble for him. I think he also enjoyed our company too - we are a friendly lot. All the guides we met were also very informative . We saw so much, learnt so much, and so many new experiences - including joining in with the drumming. We had an enormous amount of fun. Also between us, we have loads of photographs - I don't know if these are of any interest to you? Importantly, we all felt totally safe throughout our stay.

Just a huge thank you for all your hard work in making this a truly fantastic holiday which will be remembered forever. I'm recommending Naturally Morocco left, right and centre!!!

We love doing and being involved in ‘local’ culture rather than doing ‘international’ !

The Riads were perfect and beautiful, and the staff excellent and most helpful . We got to know the owners in Essaouira and Marrakesh and they were great and very helpful. Rooms excellent and fabulous local food breakfasts.

All organised transport between locations spot on, pickup/timing etc.

We love Taroudant, our second visit and this was our highlight especially the Berber full day out with guide Hamid in the oasis and his own home village of XXXX. He ‘took to us ‘ and we took to him so it became less a tourist day and more a local day. My Arabic definitely improved! He was excellent.

Essaouira is brilliant, really chilled and loved the beach, fresh fish and seafood. Definitely one to do again.

I have been meaning to write to you to say how much I enjoyed my week in Morocco.

Everything went incredibly smoothly from start to finish. The two drivers were excellent - helpful, friendly and good drivers. I appreciated the service provided by the “porters” who transferred my luggage to and from the riads. They, too, were helpful and efficient.

Riad El Borj is absolutely gorgeous. I am sure it has been said many times before but it is like an oasis of calm in the glorious chaos of Marrakesh. My room was a gem. It was incredibly comfortable. I loved the traditional decor and furnishings. The public areas were a delight, including the terrace where breakfast is served. The staff were universally delightful. I received a very warm welcome and all my subsequent interactions were equally friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at Ryad Watier very much too. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. My room was very comfortable and, again, I liked the traditional nature of the Ryad. It has been thoughtfully and tastefully renovated.

From my first contact with Naturally Morocco I have been impressed by the service. My only slight regret is opting for three nights in Marrakesh and four in Essaouira. Given my interests it would have probably been better if I had spent the majority of the time in Marrakesh. That, however, is a matter of my choice and not a reflection on your service which has been unfailingly excellent.

In fact, the only problems we had on the holiday (both related to trains) were out of your control - the conductor at Fes directed us to the front of the train, but our seat was actually at back so had to make our way through 15 busy carriages with a heavy bag! other than that though the journey was great.

I have to confess that I was slightly nervous about going on this holiday which was our first without using a large tour operator! The information provided beforehand was both comprehensive and invaluable, but we could still see plenty of opportunity for things to go wrong, especially with our transport. However, we were delighted by how seamless the whole process was. The itinerary we had gave us just the right length of stay in each of the three destinations and Rebali Riads was probably the highlight of our holiday.

The riad and staff were lovely and we had a great week. Arrival and taxi at Agadir very quick and easy. An official said they definitely no longer require health forms and there were no other forms required. Only at the hotel did we have to complete a form which included giving a number included on the entry stamp on our passports. At no time either on the journey or in Morocco did we see anyone wearing a mask.

We were very glad you booked us into one of the suites (Zagora). If we had just been there for 2/3 days as part of a tour, a double room would have been fine but for a whole week, we really appreciated the extra space especially as there was no indoor sitting room. Something else we appreciated was because of the corridor from the door to our room we were able to open the door and a window to let the breeze flow through to cool the room without any loss of privacy - we preferred this to using the air conditioning.

Everything worked like clockwork.

Firstly the drivers were all excellent - very smartly turned out and professional and well as very pleasant.

Riad Spice was wonderful - the staff couldn't do enough for us. It was a wonderful haven of peace and tranquillity. We really felt like we were arriving home each afternoon, stepping through the door with a sense of relief after a day exploring the sights of the Medina. We really appreciated the dipping pool, with some refreshing mint tea afterwards, the lovely breakfasts on the terrace, and the absolutely delicious meal that was prepared for us one evening.

For visiting Morocco, there is no company I would go with other than Naturally Morocco. They are incredibly efficient, communicate promptly and listen to your aims and hopes for your trip before putting together the perfect itinerary. They really know and have a passion for Morocco, so they can deliver an experience which feels both authentic and incredibly comfortable and hassle free.

Our transfers worked like clockwork, and we were placed in a wonderful Riad in the medina which became a sanctuary, with a feeling of coming home each day after the bustle of the souks and old Marrakech. The staff were exemplary in their welcome and assistance throughout our stay, and they were an invaluable resource for information and assistance, as well as plenty of fresh mint tea!

Our walk in the High Atlas was a real highlight, and again, the transfers were smooth and the guide first class - we would definitely recommend this for the enthusiastic walker (although for the less enthusiastic, I believe a mule could get you up the mountain). It was certainly worth the effort - the views were spectacular, and the sense of peace profound.

In addition to the extensive pre trip information which was provided to help orientate us to our destination, Karen was happy to give us invaluable tips which proved invaluable.

We would return in a heartbeat and probably sooner than later, to explore another part of this fascinating country with the help of Naturally Morocco.

All your planning and advice was so helpful. Being there during Ramadan was interesting and did not deter from our enjoyment. We also did not encounter any restrictions due to Covid, and we did not have to fill out entry and exit cards.

Our room in Riad Kalaa in Rabat was lovely and very comfortable, and the staff helped arrange a guide for us for the following afternoon, which was great.

Our driver for the rest of the trip was Yaseem, who was very nice and always on time. Riad Norma in Fez was great - a lovely sanctuary after a long day of sightseeing. You might like to know that Madame Monique was very complimentary of Naturally Morocco, as was Hassane our wonderful guide. We really learned a lot from him on our tour of the Medina, and wished we had hired him for the following day.

We loved the camel ride and overnight in the Sahara, it was so much fun. Plus the camp was much more comfortable than we expected!

Kasbah Ellouze is quite funky, although the staff were very nice and the food was good. Jardins de la Medina in Marrakech was a lovely hotel! I am so pleased we were able to find a room there.

We have been telling all our friends what a wonderful time we had, and that Naturally Morocco is a great travel company.

It all went off extremely well. The taxi drivers were very efficient throughout and the changes of location gave a sense of the country.
The order of the locations was well thought out. After Marrakesh we appreciated the relative quiet of Essaouira and then the luxury of Kasbah Angour to finish. We ate very well and the African sun has done notable benefit to limbs now condemned to chronic aches.

I have been singing your praises from the rooftops ever since we got back. I actually put up a daily log with pictures on my Facebook page while we travelled which caused a lot of interest, particularly as the holiday was very good value for money. I was anticipating ‘backpacker’ level of accommodation but not a bit of it, it was 5 Star! There is still a lot of Morocco north of the Atlas Mountains for us to discover and we will be back with your company again.

We were met at the airport and swept to our riad in Marrakech. The following day we met Abdul in his little yellow taxi who was our driver for the trip. Abdul is a very charming and knowledgeable man and really enhanced our trip. He was a very good choice as he comes from Ouarzazate, speaks Berber as well as French, Arabic and English, and knows everyone and a great deal about the area.

It was a lovely trip, we met lots of nice people. Morocco has such a lot to offer. Thank you so much for arranging everything.

Just to say we had a very enjoyable holiday thank you. All the hotels were to a high standard and all the staff that we dealt with were very professional and friendly. The driver/ travel guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and made the journeys part of the overall experience.

The tour was well planned with enough stops to make it enjoyable, a rest in each location was about right.

My wife probably enjoyed the desert part the most at Merzouga and that the camp was definitely more luxurious than basic.

We loved it and had a great time! A really good combination of time in Marrakech and the Atlas Mountains. We were a bit unlucky with the weather in the Atlas mountains as very cloudy/snowy (clearly not in your control!) so although beautiful not really able to make the most of the views/scenery and trekking and not much for the kids to do if weather bad – would probably go there in spring/autumn if went back.

Thanks again and I’d certainly come back and use your company and expertise again if planning another trip. All the taxis etc worked out well too so a very hassle free holiday.

The only other thing I would say is that the trip to the airport via Ourika on the last day wasn’t as good as it might have been as it was incredibly busy with traffic backed up all along the valley. This was probably because the nearby pass was closed with snow so people diverted this way and being the weekend there were a lot of day trippers from Marrakech.

Anyway, rest of trip was amazing!

PS also wanted to say that our driver (Omar) from Essaouira to the Atlas was brilliant. So friendly and interesting to talk to. He helped us get some lunch, stopped for tea etc. We really liked him.

We had a great holiday in Morocco, arranged by Naturally Morocco. It was our first trip abroad since the pandemic and we felt well looked after by you. We felt that we were able to experience something special as visitors because we were shown around by Moroccans.

Dar Al Hossoun; This was exactly what we were hoping for. The room was lovely, the gardens exquisite, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent. Our complementary massages were lovely. We took an excursion around Taroudant organised by the hotel and this was excellent. We would highly recommend it. We enjoyed taking walks in the countryside outside the hotel.

We loved the Palais Oumensour in Taroudant. It was welcoming, gracious and interesting full of lovely pictures and cosy rooms.
The room was spacious and the beds comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on our little balcony in the evenings. The maid always left the room immaculate and tidied up our mess! We ate in nearly every night. The food was delicious: beautifully presented and varied and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

Our guide we had for the trips to the mountains was quite eccentric but he showed us some very interesting places and adapted the programme to accommodate our mobility. We saw goats in trees, ancient doors and doorways, fascinating irrigation systems, old ladies on donkeys, and an old mill. He arranged a caleche ride round the walls of Taroudant which was lovely and he pointed out places of interest.

The day trip to Agadir was really great. The birds were very close and expertly pointed out to us by the knowledgeable and enthusiastic Mohamed. We shopped at the artisan market, had a wonderful fishy lunch with our driver Aziz and walked on the beach!

The programme worked really well and I’m so grateful to you for the organisation especially the dramas surrounding the flights!
For me the highlights were:
The day in Agadir and the birds, Claudio Bravo, the fantastic scenery, orange juice, learning about the Jews, their importance in the history of Morocco and the impact of their departure and the grand finale of our stay at Riad Dar Haven.

We’ve just got back from our travels in Morocco and Spain. We were absolutely delighted with the riad. Hayat and Nordeen took really good care of us during our stay. Both were really helpful in suggesting places to see and went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. We really enjoyed our cookery day with Hayat - she’s not only a wonderful cook, but a patient teacher. We ate at the riad almost every night as the food there was so delicious. We both loved the fact that the whole place felt like a family home - both in terms of the hospitality offered and the decor, which I adored. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends and relatives.

We also really appreciated the support from yourselves. The information you sent out was clear and helpful and I felt that if we got into any difficulties (which fortunately we didn’t) we could have called upon you to help us out. Karen and team were very prompt, clear and helpful in settting up and executing the trip. We were keen to book certain elements (hotels, experiences) ourselves and Naturally Morocco we’re flexible to make this happen.

Our Driver, Hisham, a qualified lawyer and multi-linguist no less, was the perfect blend of informed, insightful and respectful of our space, while being a real pleasure to spend 9 days and some long journeys with. He offered sound advice where requested and was always on hand for trips or stops along the way.

The accommodation was generally very good too. Smaller, local spots with a touch of luxury made for both a real experience and a relaxing one.

Thanks to Karen once again for organising all the details for a one-week trip in Morocco. Excellent hotel choices, orderly transfers in between. We're returning customers; this was our second trip with Naturally Morocco (NM).

I was impressed that NM had set up their itinerary info such that it was possible to get a detailed and costed itinerary within a very short turn-around. That made it easily customisable too, chopping and changing an activity or a journey here or there. The real groundwork done by NM though comes before: the connections with local accommodation and transport providers which, I'm really glad to say, work very well. Hotels are as described (no disappointments on arrival) .. and the taxi transfers, always by punctual, courteous and helpful drivers. Having worked in the Middle East region myself in the past, I know how difficult this is to achieve!

Pleased to have had a curated experience with NM - it suits the traveller who doesn't want the all-inclusive (being told where to eat, where to go) but also knows the unpredictability of trying to arrange everything on one's own. It really is a great balance. Highly, highly recommend. Hope to use again, Morocco has such diverse landscapes, you can have any flavour of holiday (beach, city, desert, mountain).

Everywhere I stayed the standards were extremely high, and staff were lovely, and the drivers were reliably good drivers. Dar Zitoune was amazing. The food was a treat, and those heated pools...

As for Villa Maroc it continues to be my favourite spot in Morocco - it is run superbly well in an old fashioned way, and Essaouira despite the number of tourists is the most relaxed town - for three days of my stay we didn’t even have any wind! The weather throughout was unseasonably warm, and we in fact hardly saw a wisp of cloud.

So renewed thanks Karen for organising just the break that I felt in need of.

Luc and Hafida are great hosts and we enjoyed our evening chats over dinner putting the world to rights. Dar Zitoune was a delight. We loved the gardens, pools and especially the staff who could not have been kinder- and had such a good sense of humour. We did trip with driver to Targhazoute to watch the surfers and ate by the sea, wandered round the souks without hassle (but not with out spending money!) and cooked and ate a tangine with Hassan the chef. Thank you for organising it all - everything went exactly as planned, with the bonus of excellent weather - blue skies, sunshine and temperatures in the mid twenties.

Dar zitoune was wonderful as a base with such friendly and efficient service. The food, gardens and room were all superb. It's worth noting that the beautiful main pool is heated, so we could swim too as well as easing out our muscles in the jacuzzi pool.

The guide and drivers all appeared on time, and were friendly. The 3 treks were varied and interesting and Mustapha pointed out many interesting things to us about the areas we were walking through. Thanks again for everything.

The Riad was wonderful and the staff great. The Riad found us a cab that took us up to the Atlas Mountains, had a trek with a lovely man. A really memorable holiday. We will absolutely use you again and recommend to friends and family. Thank you again for a first class service.
