Accommodation: A versatile riad with a beautiful roof terrace and 14 comfortable rooms/suites that each include air conditioning, heating, ensuite facilities, mini fridge, safe and hairdryer and a flat screen TV.

All rooms can be double or twin, most can be triples making the riad ideal for groups of friends and the Josephine and Star rooms can interconnect which is perfect for families. The heart of the property is a classic Marrakech Riad courtyard complete with a dipping pool, fountain, open Moroccan sitting room and dining room with stunning feature fireplace.

In March 2016, Riad Star completed their extension project with two new beautifully decorated and spacious suites (Ebony & Ivory) which are again ideal for a family of 4 or 6, a luxury retreat for couples or for a group of friends in either double/twin rooms. In September 2016, the riad expanded creating another 4 comfortable suites (Grace, Harmony, Liberty & Peace). Liberty & Peace/Grace & Harmony can be interconnecting suites making this ideal for a family or group of friends.

Location: Easily accessible on foot in the heart of the old town, to the north of the main souks near the Marrakech museum and is about a 15 minute walk to the infamous Jemaa el Fna square. 

Services and other points to note: WiFi internet access and swimming pool with a luxury hammam and massage suite and a satellite TV available in each room. The dipping pool can be covered leaving the patio free for yoga, or special occasion parties and the option of covering the courtyard with a secret rolling roof guaranteeing the success of events in all weathers. In the recent addition of the riad's Hammam and Massage Spa just a few short steps from your room and rooftop suites. Cookery lessons are also possible.

Meals: Breakfast is included. Other meals can be taken in one of the two dining rooms in the courtyard or on the large patio with trees and fountains. Vegetarian & Gluten free options are available.

Staff: Managed by Abdou, who speaks excellent English, assisted by the delightful and attentive riad staff that is carefully overseen by the professional owners Mike & Lucie.
