Accommodation: There are 4 public lounge areas as well as separate sitting rooms in all suites. 

There are 4 rooms (2 Deluxe and 2 Superior Deluxe) and 7 suites (2 Junior Suites, 4 Senior Suites & 1 Royal Suite); each room has satellite TV, mini-bar, heating/air conditioning, hairdryer, safe and telephone. All rooms have double beds; several can be twin including Suite Sultan on the ground floor.

Location: Easy to find -just inside Bab Doukkala on the west side of the medina- and conveniently located for the both sights in the medina of Marrakech and the New Town, about 10 minutes' walk from the main Jemma el Fna Square and the Koutoubia Mosque.

Services and other points to note: No children under 12 years are accepted. Riad Kniza has a minimum 5 night stay between 21st December to 6th January.

The owner has been a renowned guide since the 1970’s, during which time he has guided many celebrities  and VIPS in Marrakech.

There is a beautiful spa with a massage room, hammam and sauna. The hotel swimming pool is heated in the winter: normally November - March. The spacious roof terrace houses sitting areas and sun beds.

Meals: Breakfast is included.  The riad houses a highly acclaimed restaurant which specializes in Moroccan fare.

Staff: The delightful owner and his discrete staff speak good English and offer an outstanding level of service.
