Accommodation: There are 7 colourful and attractively furnished rooms and suites, all with en suite bathrooms, satellite TV and reversible air conditioning.

All rooms except Bahia may take an extra bed.

The decor is highly Moroccan with vast cedar doors, tiles, stained glass, painted wood and ornate plasterwork.

There are 5 price bands:

• Standard rooms: 1 double on the first floor (Bahia), 1 double/triple on the second floor (Panorama) and 1 twin/triple room on the second floor (Kenza), all between 26 and 30 square metres in size.
• Suite Ambassadeur Lalla Jawhara: a double/triple room on the ground floor. 30 square metres;
• Suite Ministre Lalla Yacout: a twin/triple room on the first floor. 32 square metres;
• Suite Président Lalla Radia: a double/triple room on the ground floor. 32 square metres; and
• Suite Royale Lalla Zineb: a double room on the first floor which may take 2 extra beds. Thanks to windows both towards the outside and the courtyard, it is a very light room. 49 square metres.

Location: On the Eastern side of the medina, Riad Ghita is easily accessed by car.

On foot it is about 10 minutes to main shopping streets and 15 minutes to the main attractions.

Services and other points to note: There is Wifi internet access, a lounge and a restaurant. Cookery lessons are available on request.

Meals: Breakfast is included.  Evening meals are excellent, attractively presented, Moroccan fare.

Staff: There is a very warm welcome from the Moroccan staff.
