Accommodation: 12 en suite rooms, all with air-conditioning and small private terrace, and decorated in a clean, practical style. There are :

• 6 doubles;
• 2 twins;
• 3 triples; and
• a luxury suite that sleeps 4 and equipped with a TV.

There is also a cosy salon for winter's evenings and a separate TV lounge. Please note that there are no refrigerators in any of the rooms. 

Location: Beside a large lake in a modern development, 20 km east of Ouarzazate. A good base for visiting the nearby Draa, Dades or Todra valleys, or as a stop-off on your way to the Deep Desert.

Services and other points to note: Secure car-park. Canoeing on the lake; tennis-courts nearby; horses and camel riding less than a mile away at the largest stables in Morocco. The property holds an alcohol licence and offers alcoholic drinks (guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol and must be purchased at the accommodation).

Meals: Bed and Breakfast or Half Board options are available. Breakfast and lunches are served around the swimming pool, and dinners are served under the Berber tent. High-class Moroccan and French cuisine. 

Staff: The resident French owners Damienne and Christian ensure that standards are very high.
