Accommodation: There are 18 rooms in total; 9 rooms and 9 suites;

- 3 superior rooms of which are based around the patio (2 doubles & 1 triple), On the ground floor, around the main patio and the long swimming pool ... more central and close to the restaurant / bar. Banana (double 28m2), Roses (double or triple 30m2) & Papyrus (double 40m2) that is also adapted for people with reduced mobility & wheelchair accessibility.

- 6 garden view rooms, -: On the ground floor, very comfortable, spacious, with light natural ... direct access to the courtyard of Al Borj, the dry garden or the orchard. Jacaranda (double), Casimiroa (double or twin), Agave (double), Aloe (double or twin), Oliviers (double or twin 28m2) and Eucalyptus (double 28m2). Casimiroa, Jacaranda, Agave, Aloe are between 27-34m2, very comfortable, bright and nicely decorated.

- 6 junior suites (30 to 40m²): Orchard/Verger (34m2), Lemon Tree/Cittronier (36m2) are located near the citrus orchard area and heated pool in a more secluded area, they have a lounge area & bed (90 x 200cm) for use as bench or bed + sleeping area with double bed, Mélia (34m2), Balinese suite (40m2) is on the ground floor with a bedroom and a living room. Euphorbe and Toubkal (28m²) is in the citrus orchard, very quiet, away from the area central and closer to the heated swimming pool.

- 3 Superior suites; Atlas suite: 90m2 and a 45m2 space on two private terraces), is located on the 1st floor and the properties largest suite, with a large private terrace + solarium, living room, alcove and 2 single beds to use as sofas or extra beds) and loggia (glazed living room). The Siroua superior suite: (90m² + 50m² of private terrace); On the 1st floor: very large, with a sleeping area, a bed double + a large living room (with 2 single beds that can be used as sofas or extra beds) and a large private terrace. Oued-Souss family suite: (90m²) On the ground floor, 2 separate double bedrooms (1 double / 1 double or twin) and a large living room. Shower room + toilet (+ additional toilets). Great views of the gardens, direct access to the main patio and the long swimming pool. Ideal for a family or friends traveling together.

Location: a few minutes North West of Taroudant medina on the edge of an olive grove and a few hundred metres from the ramparts, this is an ideal location for a peaceful retreat or a welcomed break between the Sahara Desert & Marrakech. Approximately 1 hour drive from Agadir international airport or 3.5 hours from Marrakech.

Services and other points to note: The property has two swimming pools with deckchairs/towels on site for guests to use; one is 3.5m x 12m heated in winter and one is 31m long and unheated. An onsite Spa with qualified male & female staff offer a variety of well-being and body care treatments, 2 Hammams, 2 massage rooms (including 1 "duo" room for a massage session for two) & 1 beauty treatment room. A variety of excursions are available to arrange locally which include: Visit of the gardens and the neighbouring vegetable garden, Bicycle rides downtown, walks on foot from Dar al Hossoun to city centre of approx 30 minutes, cooking demonstrations, discovery of the region (Berber villages, nature and natural landscapes) and horseback riding.

Meals: Prices include breakfast but their onsite restaurant offers a fusion or traditional cuisine that the kitchen team prepares with the fresh products of the vegetable garden according to the seasons. They recommend B&B option so there is flexibility and more choice of menu options for guests instead of a predefined menu on a half board basis. The kitchen staff can cater to a variety of dietary requirements. Please advise us in advance.

Dar Al Hossoun also offer a wide range of drinks: sodas, juices and cocktails with fresh fruit, with or without alcohol. In one of their lounges, on the terrace or by the pool, during the day, you can also discover good Moroccan wines served here.
