Accommodation: Darhani is exceptional in that, although it has only four bedrooms, it has three sitting rooms; one with fireplace, a dining room and a large roof terrace with a superb tented area.

Three of the bedrooms are on the first floor: a twin room and two double superior rooms, both of which have bath tub as well as shower, and one of which can take an extra bed. 

There is one double room on the ground floor. 

Safes, bathrobes and hairdryers are provided in each room and all have air conditioning/heating.

Location: Near the Rue de Bacha with its antique and jewellery shops, it is also just an 8-10 minute walk from the famous Jemaa el Fna square and a few minutes’ walk from the souks, the Ben Medersa, Maison de la Photographie and Musée de Marrakech.

Services and other points to note: An information sheet and local map is made available to guests, who are welcome to make local calls at no charge to reserve restaurant tables or arrange tours.  A laundry service is available at the house at a reasonable rate. WiFi Broadband Internet facilities available in salon area.

Meals: Breakfast is varied on a daily basis to keep it interesting: includes a selection of fruit, eggs and local hand-made Moroccan breads, pancakes, and yoghurt. A western style light lunch is offered to guests. A few hours’ notice is required for those that wish to eat dinner. The riad cook will prepare your meal to be eaten either on the terrace, in the dining room or the courtyard. Vegetarian menu options are available.

Staff: Welcoming, friendly and helpful manager, Omar, speaks good English.
