Taroudant for Families

Cookery ClassesThe “Real Morocco” experience for families provides an introduction to the genuine hospitality, culture and experience that is Morocco. The holiday programme seeks to offer something for everyone - so no need to put the kids' needs first and yours second.  Expose your kids to new ways of living, a broad-minded Muslim culture and unusual sights, sounds, tastes and smells to awaken their senses with the help of our friendly guides.

The programme is based in a safe location at our guest house in the small town of Taroudant, with no health worries – it is a malaria free region, the water is safe and there are no compulsory vaccinations. We provide a homely atmosphere that is shared with a group of like-minded guests. Most meals are included if staying at the guest house and there are reductions for children. We also offer options for those wanting a bit more luxury or privacy, e.g. stay in an old palace or a small luxury hotel.

:

"Our two teenage girls got a lot from the trip. They didn't want 'entertaining' they wanted to sit and talk to the local people or to us about how this kind of journey dispelled so many of the myths and much of the disinformation they are fed about Africa, about Islam and about the less wealthy world" S. Forrest
