Accommodation: There are 16 stylish suites and luxury tents in 5 grades, each with private views, sculptured mosaic baths, four-poster beds, air-conditioning and heating; 9 Kasbah Rooms - which are the cheapest rooms - double or twin set around private riad-style courtyards; for privacy choose from 6 Junior Suites with sitting area suitable for private dining, or the Kasbah Suite. If you prefer the luxury tents choose from 2 Deluxe Caïdal Suites (72 sq m) and 2 Kasbah Caidal Suite (55 sq m), all with individual terrace and enjoying sunset views of the olive groves. All rooms have phone and adapters for internet access.

Services and other points to note: The cookery school is run in a lovely purpose-built circular building in the herb and vegetable garden and offers courses of 1 - 5 days' duration. One of the leading spas in Morocco, it offers yoga lessons, and full menu of treatments: aromatherapy massage, facials, manicure, pedicure, reflexology and bath tubs. All of the treatments offered have been developed with an English touch and Moroccan flavor. The principle is to reawaken the 5 senses. In addition there is a heated swimming pool and a floodlit tennis court.

Meals: Breakfast is included. Food is organic where possible; both Moroccan and International dishes are served in the restaurant, the courtyards, on the ramparts or the terraces in the beautiful grounds.
