HOT AIR BALLOONING

For a very special occasion and for the ultimate view of Marrakech and High Atlas the magic of a flight in a Hot Air Balloon is worth considering.

From a launch site just outside the city the balloon ascent provides unrivalled views of the High Atlas Mountains, oases, hidden Berber villages, the terraced irrigated fields of the Oueds Tinsift and Nfis of the Al Haouz Plain alongside the Jbilet Hills. The certified pilot’s knowledge of the area and the prevailing daily atmospheric conditions are used to steer in a westerly direction at a height of between 800 and 1,000 metres. Much to clients’ surprise vertigo is not normally felt.
