A luxury guest house in the quiet of the Palmery giving exceptional service and value for money. Set in a beautiful elongate garden with many palm trees, it has 8 rooms and 2 suites in the main villa with a large pool, and 4 “Kashah” suites in the most peaceful end of the garden with its own pool. Meticulously decorated with co-ordinating colours, it has a wide range of rooms from singles to luxurious suites with jacuzzis, and a wide range of other services including shuttle service, hammam and massage.

Accommodation: In the main villa, there are 8 rooms and 2 suites, most have a bath but those that don't have showers. All suites and rooms are air-conditioned and have a phone. Suites also have safe, fireplace, mini-bar, and bathroom with bath and jacuzzi. Satellite TV can be provided on request. On the ground floor with doors opening onto the garden are: single room Yasmina, doubles Yacout and Fateme Zahra with an interconnecting door; 2 further doubles with interconnecting door, Hamza and Ayoub, that have private access from the garden. On the first floor is Kniza, a small single room, and Batoule and Bahia, which are double or twin rooms with a balcony and have access via a small staircase to a large terrace. The suites both open onto the garden, one with jacuzzi, the Royal Suite Shama (100 square metres) with dressing room, living room, and dining room. The 4 kasbah suites all have jacuzzi and private living room as well as a large shared summer living room, all opening onto the private garden and pool.

Location: Ideally placed on the edge of Marrakech in the peaceful Palmery, yet only around 15 minutes' drive from the buzzing, magnetic main square of Jemaa el Fna with its snake charmers, story tellers and medicine men.

Services and other points to note: The main swimming pool has a shallow end 90 cm deep whereas the deep end is 1.9m. Hammam and massage room, laundry, hairdresser, room service, baby-sitting. Transfers to and from the airport are free of charge. A shuttle service to Marrakech centre is available on request. It is free of charge for departures to the city at 10 am and at 6pm for the return journey. All other shuttles are charged
at 50 dh before 7pm and 100 dh after 7pm."

Meals: Breakfast is included. Evening meal table d'hote or a la carte is normally served in the huge, luxurious dining room.
