Well known for its beautiful architecture, stunning decoration and fine restaurant, Riad Fez is an elegant boutique hotel situated in a relatively easily accessible, lively part of the medina, a short stroll from many of the places of interest. Split into 2 contrasting sections, one recently restored, it has many facilities including a large swimming pool on one of the roof terraces which give superb views of the medina and Middle Atlas Mountains.

Accommodation: The riad is split into 2 parts of 2 contrasting styles: the original traditional part and the more recently restored part with a plainer decor. There are 7 rooms and 8 suites, all with air-conditioning, satellite TV, minibar and hairdryer.

Location: Situated in a tucked away alley in the sought-after Zerbtana quarter of medina, only 2 minutes’ walk from the Batha Museum towards the shopping streets which lead you downhill into the heart of the historic Fez medina.  It is 3 minutes’ walk from restaurants and souks.

Meals: Breakfast is included. The restaurant prides itself on its Moroccan fine dining.
