Riad Fes Baraka is a very pretty, beautifully furnished riad very close to the Batha Museum and a short stroll from the shopping street leading into the heart of the medina. All rooms are beautifully and tastefully presented around a central courtyard with pretty plants and a large swimming pool. The roof terrace has views of the roof tops of the medina.

Accommodation: The rooms, set around a stunning courtyard with pool are very tastefully adorned with beautiful fabrics and characterful furniture and carefully chosen colour schemes. All are equipped with cable/satellite television. There are 5 rooms in total: 4 suites and 1 bedroom. Suite Berber (25 sq m) is decorated with original Berber furniture and tadelakt bathroom; Suite Essaouira (25 sq m) has furniture fashioned from the local wood of the town after which it is named; Suite Serail and Arabesque (40 sq m each) are Syrian-inspired; Bedroom Marrakech has private bathroom outside the room which lies between the ground and first floor, so is quite private, being away from other rooms.

Location: On a street leading south east away from Batha Museum, L’Istiqlal square and post office, which are on the west side of the medina.  Also 5 minutes’ walk from the shopping streets which lead you downhill into the heart of the historic Fez medina, and 10 minutes’ from many of the main attractions. It is accessible by car.

Meals: Breakfast is included. Lunch or evening meal may be ordered.
