These three authentic self-contained apartments with antique furnishings are most unusual in Essaouira’s medina; they offer both a small garden and pool on a unique site adjacent to the town wall. It will appeal to both to large groups if taken as a whole or smaller parties wanting to self cater.

Accommodation:  Each apartment has much attractive stained glass, is furnished with a wide range of unusual antique furnishings, is self contained and has a kitchen and en suite bathroom for each bedroom with either a bath or shower.

All have a slightly different layout and features: the ground and first floor apartments benefit from a sitting room and access to the garden and the pool, while the second floor benefits from a sun terrace with excellent views along the town walls and the sea.

• The ground floor apartment is the most spacious and ideal for families, with rooms centred around a courtyard; it sleeps a total of 4 in 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin and has a sitting room.
• The first floor apartment offers 2 double bedrooms which open onto a balcony; access to the garden and pool area via a spiral exterior staircase and has a sitting room.
• The second floor apartment offers 2 double bedrooms which open onto a balcony and a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers but does not have access to the garden

Location: The house is set immediately adjacent to the town walls on the south side of the medina, just couple of minutes' walk along an alley from the gate at Bab Marrakech. It is only a short stroll from the main shopping thoroughfare, the beach and the scenic fishing port.  

Services and other points to note: There are flights of steep stairs to the 1^st and 2^nd floor apartments. Minimum stay is normally 3 nights. Daily cleaning (but not tidying) is included

Meals: Breakfast is not included but an evening meal or lunch is available on request for a modest extra charge.

Staff: Abdul, a most helpful Moroccan gentleman with a good command of French (but limited English) will meet you on arrival and is available to assist you by arrangement or by calling his mobile phone at any time during your stay.
