Accomodation: There are 8 bedrooms all en suite - 7 with shower; 1 with bath. 4 of them have an open fireplace and air-conditioning/heating. The other 4 rooms have heating only. In addition to this there are 14 rooms in the annexe, Dar Baibou, just across the street which comprises 1 large room with air conditioning/heating and bath, 4 medium-sized rooms with double beds and heating and 9 twin rooms with heating.

Location: Deep in the medina of this charming town at 600 metres in Rif mountains, under 3 hrs from Tangier and about 3.5 hrs from Fez or Rabat. It is not possible to park a car near the hotel, but the nearby Hotel Parador will allow parking.

Services and other points to note: In addition to the hammam, the roof terrace is perfect for relaxing and taking in sun and scenery. The region can be cold in winter due to its altitude and northerly latitude.

Meals: Breakfast and tasty, traditional Moroccan evening meals are included in the cost; they may be served in homely dining room or on the terrace.

Staff: Hassan and his staff are justifiably proud of their guest house and offer visitors a very warm welcome.
