Internal Travel

Morocco is a fascinating country to explore and to immerse yourself in a different culture, but we promote travelling less and seeing more as the best way to have a memorable and enjoyable holiday.

When planning your holiday, note that distances and travel times can be significant - we can help you find the best option for your chosen itinerary and to book drivers, vehicles and guides

Note: public transport (in particular the train network) is an excellent option whee available.

Airport TransfersAirport Transfers

On arrival we always arrange for a transfer by taxi, minibus or car.

Taxis or 4 x 4 with Guide

Car TransferWe offer tours by 4x4 cars with a trusted driver/guides or a driver and a guide in a range of comfortable vehicles (carrying 1-3, 4-6, 7-10 and 17 passengers).

Marrakech StationThere is an excellent and inexpensive train service linking Marrakech northwards to Casablanca, Rabat, Meknes, Fez and Tangier.

We can book first class tickets for departures from Marrakech, Fez and Tangier (in Fez and Tangier this service is available to clients who book our guides). Second class tickets cannot be bought in advance. The rapide train service is useful if time is at a premium.

Tickets cannot be purchased via the internet at present but routes and times can be researched on the railway timetables website.

Buses & Coaches

Supr@tours CoachThree national bus companies operate between most centres and tickets are reasonably priced - a luxury coach with air conditioning costs about £6 for Marrakech to Essaouira or Agadir (approx 4 hours).

We can book tickets on your behalf for departures from Marrakech - tickets are delivered via our taxi suppliers who we book to deliver you to the coach station.

No tickets may be purchased via the internet at present, but Supratours routes and times can be researched on the railway timetables website (which runs Supratours).

Car Hire

We use local companies to support the local economy and to save you money. We offer self drive or a car with driver - for most guests this is worth the extra cost for your enjoyment and safety. For further details on car hire.

A Grand TaxiTaxis

There are two main types of taxis in most major Moroccan cities.

Grand taxis are shared taxis licensed to travel on particular routes, often long distances. These are an experience, but rarely have seat belts. They are a similar price to coaches but depart more frequently - though you may have to change taxis en route.

A Petite Taxi

Petit taxis. These taxis work within towns and often have meters, but if they don't or the meter does not work, it’s best to negotiate your fare in advance.

We advise that we pre-book private taxis for you which are far superior in terms of level of comfort, safety and linguistic skills of our drivers.
